Created in 2004, the Bertrand Gillig Contemporary Art Gallery – known as Espace G, is located just north of the old town, near the Parc du Contades. Since 2005 she’s promoted a number of contemporary artists with a mission to make them accessible to expert collectors, but also welcoming beginner art enthusiasts.

Contemporary photography takes center stage at Stimultania. From photojournalistic subjects to fine art prints, the gallery presents images that engage and even destabilise the viewer, demanding an investment in thought and emotion.

La Chambre has a strong commitment to photography. The exhibitions center on the question of the role of the image, in its multiple forms, pushing its boundaries. The association mentors young French and international talent, helping them mount their first monographic exhibition and providing an extensive training program.
